The Combat Cubs (ages 5–10) is a unique blend of martial arts that provides a modern alternative to Karate and Tae Kwon Do schools, while setting them up for a lifetime of health and physical activity
6:00 - 7:00pm Combat Teens
This program is for 11 to 16 year olds and consists of Jun Fan Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Self Defence giving students a great combination of both physical and cognitive fitness. Teens classes will leave your child both worn out and happy.
7:00 - 9:00pm Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
BJJ promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using leverage and proper technique, taking the fight to the ground – most notably by applying joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat the other person.
7:00 - 8:00pm KTX Striking
KTX is a contact sport that combines techniques from a variety of disciplines, including kickboxing, Muay Thai, boxing and many others. MMA fighters use a variety of strikes, including punches, elbows, knees and kicks, for attack and defense. MMA striking is a complex and difficult skill to master, but the rewards can be great. A well-rounded striker can be a very dangerous opponent in the ring or cage. With hard work and dedication, you can become a proficient striker in Mixed Martial Arts.

In this class you will experience some heart rate raising, strength increasing, combative combinations – incorporating fists, shins, elbows and knees. Be prepared to have fun… and sweat!
